Wolf Clean & Drift Service is a specialized oil-related business in North Dakota. While there is often a reason behind using something iconic behind a company name, sometimes it’s simply because the owners like it. The partners had specific ideas about color, and about wanting to use a howling wolf as part of the design. By making the wolf a standalone design element makes the identity more flexible, and allows the typography to be large and impactful.
